Looking for a total body workout? Total Body Conditioning is a 30 minute workout designed to do just that. Focusing on full body movements, this class is great for those who are looking to increase endurance, mobility, and lose weight! Great for all fitness levels!

Although I am new to the area, I have been a certified trainer and owned my small personal training company since 2009.

When I am not in the gym, my family and I are taking full advantage of all the trails and mountains of NC.
