2020 Summer Camp Weeks
We recognize the difficulty inherent in working from home while also supervising your children, and how hard it is to provide the typical enrichment and social activities that are such an important part of the school day. With that in mind, we are offering an after school enrichment program that will focus on Art, Music, Physical Education and small group play and will give parents dedicated time where they know they can get work done, run errands, or just get a break. A sample of the daily schedule is below.
Enrolment will be limited to ensure small ratios, and we will spend the majority of our time outdoors whenever the weather permits. Transition time will incorporate hand washing, all of our practices will adhere to CDC recommendations, and when we have to be inside or seated for any length of time, students and staff will all be masked.
Starting September 1st. We will take a maximum of 10 families/week. Members will receive priority.
To sign up, please email Jess at: email@example.com

Camp and Covid
We have been busy restructuring camp so that we maximize social distancing while keeping a full schedule of activities. All of our changes and safety measures are listed below.
- All staff members will be screened and have their temperatures taken every shift.
- All campers will have their temperatures taken upon arrival as well as make sure they are symptom free.
- Masks will be provided for all staff when social distancing cannot be maintained.
- Groups will be limited to 10 campers.
- Campers will wash hands between all activities.
- No Parents will be allowed inside the building.
ENTER AND EXIT PROCEDURES
All campers will be dropped off at the curb and no parents will be allowed in the clubhouse. We will take their temperature and confirm with the parent that there have been no fever reducers and no COVID 19 symptoms. Once this has been confirmed, we will take them inside to wash their hands and start our day.
At the end of the day, please call or 919.489.7705 and let us know who you are here to pick up. We will pack them up and bring them out to the car for you.
LUNCH AND SNACKS
NO LUNCH OR SNACKS WILL BE PROVIDED THIS SUMMER. If you have previously purchased lunch or snacks, you will receive a refund. Campers ARE allowed to bring money to purchase dessert if they would like.
ONLY SPRAY SUNSCREEN AND FACE STICKS will be allowed at camp this summer. Counselors will not be able to apply lotion sunscreen to campers due to safety concerns. Please make sure campers are wearing sunscreen when they arrive in the morning. We will reapply throughout the day.
